Imagine Session 1 is typically completed by practice billing staff who need to learn the front-end billing tasks in Imagine.  Session 1 lessons start AFTER charges have been sent from the practice EMR into Imagine.  In this course trainees will learn workflows for mapping data, posting charges, reviewing and releasing HCFAs, reviewing the patient’s account, and making common corrections to the HCFA.
